General

General settings control your display name and visual theme.

General is the personal settings page. It affects how the product looks for you and how your identity appears to collaborators.

Update your display name

Your display name is visible to collaborators and is used for comments, mentions, and shared items.

1. Select Settings in the sidebar. The General page opens by default.
2. Enter your display name (2–80 characters).
3. Click Save.

Choose a theme

Choose how the interface looks:

• Light uses a light background with dark text.
• Dark uses a dark background with light text.
• System follows your operating system preference.

Theme changes apply immediately when you select an option.

When general settings matter

• Update your display name when you want your collaborator-facing identity to be clearer.
• Change theme when you need a different visual preference for long editing or review sessions.
